PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Linda is an avid hiker who found that the market for athletic apparel was lacking in terms of meeting many of her function and aesthetic requirements. Together we developed a patented ergonomic removable kneepad for joint protection, in the event of an injury, along with an accompanying pair of legging with a slot for the kneepad that would hold it securely in place while hiking for long distances, and that would also allow to easily remove and insert the kneepad. The leggings also included other pockets of varying depths, that were secure, yet easily accessible. The leggings are currently available for purchase at select Nordstroms, as well as through The Padded Hikes's online store.
